Where do I find the commission?
The commissions are listed in the "My Wallet" section of the app under "Earnings" where you can see a detailed summary per day or you can select the desired dates to see the transactions made.
It is important for you to know that commissions will be transferred in real time to your wallet balance in our app so that you can have more balance to make more transactions. The commissions are not received at the end of the month, but are received at the moment you pay or collect a service and will automatically be reflected in your balance so that you can use them later in the following transactions.
Let us look at a concrete example:
The Socio46 has a balance in his wallet of $5000. He receives a cash payment of $1000 and earns a commission of 1%, or $10.
PAGO46 deducts $990 from Socio46 's balance instead of deducting the $1000 and adding the $10 commission. Your balance after that transaction will then be $4010. In other words, your initial balance of $5000 is reduced by $990 instead of $1000.
